As a vital team member, you will be responsible for reporting on product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement across the product suite, as well as within our business processes and technologies. Leveraging the data, insights, and reporting you generate, you will help inform decisions around product deployment through data-driven and automated testing, and support ongoing refinement once products are in market. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and optimization opportunities—including automation and artificial intelligence—guided by the insights you deliver.

Objectives of this role

  • Measuring, analyzing, reporting and forecasting product performance in support of Product development team and the Product Portfolio
  • Contributing to development of the product across the product lifecycle from inception to through deployment inclusive of product testing
  • Documenting and surfacing business processes that impact the performance of the product and recommending optimization as appropriate inclusive of automation and AI
  • Using advanced analytics techniques to contribute to Product decisions and recommendations
  • Collaboration with Product Team, IT and other key stakeholders for maximum data, reporting and analytics delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain operational reporting inclusive of dashboards in support of Product Team
  • Pull, clean, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Produce recurring reporting on adoption, usage, reliability, performance, and value realization and forecast future performance
  • Monitor data quality and proactively identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or metric drift
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform prioritization, investment decisions, and post-incident reviews
  • Maintain metric definitions, data sources, and documentation to ensure consistency across teams
  • Document reporting and analytics requirements
  • Translate analytical findings into insights for business stakeholders
  • Support experimentation tracking and impact measurement efforts across Products
  • Identify current-state workflows, decision points, and operational pain points that may impact Product performance with an eye toward automation, AI and removal of “waste” in the system
  • Contribute to documentation of requirements elicitation and interviews to gather for product reporting
  • Evaluate and analyze tools and technologies to assess effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Deliver presentations of findings and insights to cross-functional and enterprise-level stakeholders

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Strong data and analytics and reporting skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data
  • 3 years experience data analysis and data visualization and reporting (dashboards)
  • 2 years of experience in business process analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SAS
  • Ability to use advanced analytics techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, regression, simulation, optimization, and machine learning) inclusive of automation and AI to contribute to product analysis and forecasting
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment
  • Ability to effectively communicate data, insights and process changes and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Decision Science, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
