OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Documents & Training Administrator to join a well-known client’s team in Santa Monica, CA. This role will support site training initiatives related to manufacturing readiness, GMP compliance, and personnel qualification.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of training programs, ensuring that training systems and documentation meet operational and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in quality systems, training operations, and the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the development, revision, and maintenance of GMP training curricula and certification programs.
• Assist with coordination and execution of Instructor-Led Training (ILT), SOP-based training, and knowledge assessments.
• Manage assignment, tracking, and documentation of training completion within a Learning Management System (e.g., GxPLearn).
• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and knowledge assessments (electronic and paper-based).
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content aligns with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to training effectiveness evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organized, inspection-ready training records and documentation.
• Support general training administration and documentation control activities as needed.
EXPERIENCE
• Experience or strong interest in training coordination, quality systems, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Exposure to biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GMP principles and regulatory expectations preferred.
EDUCATION
• Pursuing an associate’s degree or higher in a scientific or related field
